The whole process was superbly organized from start to finish. Our old MRI couldn't be sold, but FR Medical came to our rescue to quickly remove it when the project was ready for the new device.

We have been using the services of FR Medical for the maintenance of MRI and CT equipment for several years. Each year, the equipment portfolio has grown as we moved more assets under the FR contract, which not only allowed us to reduce maintenance costs, but also to increase the level of service.

The conversations were always interesting and never "pushy". we felt we were being listened to and any questions we had were answered promptly. Everything was so well organized and calm, which made my team's job much easier. I understand that organizing this (twice) was a truly epic feat and caused the team a lot of headaches that weren't reported to us, and that's very appreciated.
